RFS Global is designed to strengthen sovereign visa operations through standardized, auditable, and technology-enabled service delivery. Our role is to reduce operational risk, improve control, and enhance embassy capacity - while ensuring all policy decisions remain exclusively with the sovereign authority.

Rashid Khalaf Al Habtoor is a distinguished Emirati businessman whose name has long been associated with entrepreneurial vision, resilience, and international leadership. Widely respected across the business community, he has built a legacy defined by innovation, integrity, and a deep commitment to the growth of the United Arab Emirates.

He is the CEO and President of Al Habtoor One, a group he established in the early 1980s, at a time when the UAE’s modern economic landscape was beginning to take shape. His forward-thinking approach and instinct for opportunity positioned him as one of the nation’s early business pioneers.

A graduate of George Washington University, Al Habtoor holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Computer Science – a foundation that shaped his analytical approach to strategy, technology, and enterprise building.

From its origins as Al Habtoor Trading Enterprises LLC, his company evolved into Al Habtoor One, a diversified group with interests spanning construction and engineering, automotive distribution, food and beverage, real estate, and over one hundred partnerships and joint ventures across local and international markets. Under his leadership, AHO has developed a reputation for operational excellence, durable partnerships, and sustainable long-term growth.

Among his notable achievements is the formation of Consolidated Automotive LLC in 1996, a successful global distributor for Mitsubishi vehicles.

In 2008, he launched Al Habtoor Properties, now recognized among Dubai’s leading property management and brokerage specialists.

Al Habtoor’s vision also extends into lifestyle and community ventures. In 2014, driven by his passion for healthy living, he founded The Farmer’s Garden, a gourmet organic food retail concept aimed at promoting accessible, high-quality nutrition for UAE residents.

Beyond business, he remains deeply committed to community development and philanthropy. His contributions have supported both local and international charitable organizations, including notable involvement with the Flying Hospital in Dubai.

He also maintains an active presence in the sporting world, especially within the equestrian community.

A lifelong polo enthusiast, Al Habtoor helped establish one of the region’s strongest polo traditions. He has represented Dubai in tournaments across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.

With the formation of the Mahra Polo Team, he secured victory in the Dubai Polo Gold Cup 2010, the region’s only tournament recognized by the Hurlingham Polo Association.

In addition to his long-standing business achievements, Rashid Khalaf Al Habtoor now serves as Chairman and Partner of RFS Global – a Dubai-based international platform designed to elevate service delivery for individuals, governments, and diplomatic missions across emerging regions. His leadership brings strategic vision, global credibility, and the pioneering spirit required to expand into markets often underserved by traditional providers.

Known for living life with passion and purpose, Rashid Khalaf Al Habtoor enjoys polo, skiing, and spending cherished time with his family. His professional journey continues to reflect the spirit of the UAE — ambitious, globally connected, and relentlessly forward-looking.
